The Voluntary Sector Health & Social Care Forum offers voluntary sector groups whose work involves health and social care the opportunity to come together to discuss the planning, provision and management of health and social care services in Shropshire.
Louise Forbes, programme manager at Shropshire Council in the Transformation team, will be updating the forum members on the Council’s adult social care plans and the transformation projects such as Care at Home, and we can discuss VCS activity and how it might support this work.
Following on from that, we are planning a discussion about what the sector would want to put forward to the Integrated Care Board following on from the event held in the football ground on the 4th of October.
